So, lately I've noticed that when people ask me how I am doing, I tell them and move on.  I don't actually take the time to ask them how they are doing and etc.  Now, I don't know if that is because I am selfish and don't care about my fellow employees or maybe I just see it as small talk.  I dunno what do you think?
