On the 21st of February, Jon proposed to Sharon. It's funny because Jon used to give me shit for proposing to Laura after year and he ended up doing it himself. :) They're a great couple and fit very well together. Too well...never play Apples to Apples with them. It's like they are cheating. :) Now it's time for the fun stuff...WEDDING PLANNING! HAHAHA! Good luck you two!

Sometimes you can forget the simple pleasures of life. Whether it's the smell of flowers, or the feeling of the window against your face. We all get caught up in the "rat race", running around like chickens with our heads chopped off trying to get everything done so we have some time to relax. We take a lot of life's little pleasures for granted and a lot of things end up whizzing by. This is something that happens to us over time, we aren't always like this. You never see a five year old running around trying to collect cans so he can buy the latest truck for his G.I.Joe's. They just live life doing what makes them happy (with the occasional bumpy road thrown in). My future sister and brother-in-law's recently (several months ago) had a baby, Nathan. Checkout this video. I promise, that if you are having one of those days were you just can't find some time to relax and smile, this will help.
And the hunt for wedding cake toppers begins! We're looking for something a little different, as we are a little different. :) So, while hunting through different sites, we stumbled upon this one. I love it! It is, however, a bit much to have on the wedding cake. :)
